This policy describes what personal data we process when you use the “Matrix of Love” app and its online service (the “service”). Operator: the service owner for this deployment. Data-protection contact: support@zhbanov.com.
Data we process. When you sign in with Apple we receive and store your Apple account subject identifier, display name (if you provide it), and language preferences. To sync between devices we store the app content you upload (journal, mood, and related entities). For push notifications we may store your Apple push device token. For subscriptions we process data needed to verify purchases through Apple (including transaction identifiers); we do not store full card details on our systems.
Purposes. Providing the app, account management, sync, notifications, user support, and legal compliance.
Retention and legal bases. Processing is based on performing the contract with you and, where applicable, legitimate interests (security, aggregated analytics). We keep data while you use the service and may delete it on request or when you delete your account, except where law or dispute resolution requires limited retention.
Third parties. Sign in with Apple and in-app purchases are processed by Apple under their policies. Hosting providers process data only as needed to run the service. We do not sell personal data.
Your choices. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@zhbanov.com. You can also manage notifications and Apple ID settings on your device.
