This Privacy Policy explains what personal data the «Matrix of Love» iOS
application and its companion online service (collectively, the Service)
collect, why we collect it, how it is stored, and the choices you have. The
operator is the owner of zhbanov.com. Questions about data
handling: support@zhbanov.com.
1. Data we collect
Contact information
- Name (display name) — only if you provided it through
Sign in with Apple or typed it during onboarding. Linked to your account.
- Email address — only if Apple chose to share it through
Sign in with Apple (you can hide it via Apple's relay). Used only to
contact you about the Service. Linked to your account.
User content
- Journal entries — text you write in the in-app journal.
- Voice memos — audio is processed on-device by Apple's
Speech framework; the resulting transcript text is uploaded so
the Service can summarise it on request. The raw audio file is not
uploaded.
- Mood entries and matrix snapshots — your selected
emotion presets, the destiny-matrix numbers we compute from your birth
date, and the partner birth dates you enter for compatibility.
- AI reflections you request — the journal/mood inputs
you submit to the AI reflection feature, the model's response, and a
timestamp. Used for App Functionality.
Identifiers
- Sign in with Apple identifier (subject) — the opaque,
app-specific user ID Apple gives us. Linked to your account.
- APNs device token — used to deliver push notifications
you have opted into. Linked to your account; rotated by iOS.
Purchase data
- StoreKit 2 transaction identifiers and the App Store
receipt are used to verify your subscription. We never receive or store
your credit card number, billing address, or any other payment
credential — those stay with Apple.
Diagnostics
- Crash reports and performance data — collected via
Apple's standard reporting (if you have opted in at the iOS level). Not
linked to your identity.
What we do not collect
- We do not track you across other apps or websites; we do not use any
third-party advertising or analytics SDK.
- We do not collect precise or coarse location.
- We do not collect contacts, photos, or browsing history.
- We do not upload your microphone audio. Speech-to-text runs on your
device; only the resulting text is sent to the Service.
2. How we use the data
- App functionality — to provide the journal, mood,
breathing, destiny-matrix and AI reflection features and to sync your
data across your devices.
- Account management — to authenticate you via Sign in
with Apple and to honour your data-deletion choices.
- Purchases — to verify your subscription status with
Apple's StoreKit servers.
- Notifications — to deliver the local and remote
notifications you have explicitly opted into (e.g., the daily mood
reminder, the weekly emotion letter).
3. Legal basis
Processing is performed (a) to perform our agreement with you (your use of
the Service); (b) under the operator's legitimate interest in providing and
securing the Service; or (c) with your consent, where the Service explicitly
asks for it (push notifications, microphone, speech recognition).
4. Third parties
We share data only with the third parties strictly necessary to operate the
Service:
- Apple Inc. — Sign in with Apple, APNs (push delivery),
StoreKit (subscription verification), Speech framework (on-device).
Governed by Apple's policies.
- Cloud infrastructure providers we use for hosting the
backend and storing your synced content. They process the data only on
our instructions and only to operate the Service.
- AI model providers — when you request an AI reflection,
the necessary inputs are sent to the model provider that returns the
reflection. Inputs are not used to train the model.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.
5. Data retention and deletion
We retain your data while your account exists. You can delete your account
at any time directly inside the app: More tab → Delete account.
This action immediately and permanently deletes your profile, journal entries,
mood history, matrix snapshots, AI reflections, change log, and registered
device tokens from our servers (the database enforces cascade deletion).
Account deletion is irreversible.
If you have an active App Store subscription, please cancel it separately
under your Apple Account → Subscriptions — Apple, not the
Service, controls subscription renewal.
You may also request data export or correction by emailing
support@zhbanov.com.
6. Security
All transport between the app and our servers is over HTTPS/TLS. Auth
tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain. Access to the production database is
restricted to operator personnel and the Service's own application processes.
7. Children
Matrix of Love is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly
collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us
data, contact support@zhbanov.com
and we will delete it.
8. International transfers
Our infrastructure may process data outside your country of residence.
Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards in the contracts with our
infrastructure providers.
9. Your rights
Subject to the applicable law of your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, Russian
152-FZ, etc.), you have the rights to access, correct, port, delete, or
object to the processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with your
local supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, email
support@zhbanov.com — we will respond
within a reasonable time and at most one month.
10. Changes
If we materially change this Policy, we will publish the new version at
this URL and bump the effective date above. Continued use of the Service
after the new version takes effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Disclaimer of advice
The reflections, matrix readings, and AI letters provided by the Service
are journaling prompts, not medical, psychological, legal or financial
advice. Trust your own experience and consult an appropriate licensed
professional when it matters.

использовании приложения «Матрица Любви» и сопутствующего онлайн-сервиса
(далее — Сервис), для каких целей, как они хранятся и какие у вас есть права.

1. Какие данные мы собираем
Контактные данные
- Имя (display name) — если вы передали его через Sign in
with Apple или ввели на онбординге. Связано с учётной записью.
- Email — только если Apple передал его при входе
(Apple позволяет скрыть его через relay). Используется только для
связи с вами по вопросам Сервиса. Связано с учётной записью.
Пользовательский контент
- Записи дневника — текст, который вы пишете в журнале.
- Голосовые заметки — аудио распознаётся на устройстве
средствами Apple Speech; на сервер уходит только распознанный
текст, исходное аудио не загружается.
- Записи настроения и матрицы — выбранные пресеты эмоций,
числа Матрицы Судьбы, рассчитанные из даты рождения, и даты партнёров,
которые вы вводите для совместимости.
- AI-отражения по запросу — вводные данные, которые вы
отправляете в функцию AI-отражения, ответ модели и метка времени.
Используется для работы Сервиса.
Идентификаторы
- Идентификатор Sign in with Apple (subject) — непрозрачный
ID, выдаваемый Apple. Связан с учётной записью.
- APNs-токен устройства — для доставки push-уведомлений,
на которые вы согласились. Связан с учётной записью.
Данные о покупках
- Идентификаторы транзакций StoreKit 2 и чек App Store
используются для проверки вашей подписки. Мы не получаем и не храним
номер карты, платёжный адрес или иные платёжные реквизиты — они
остаются у Apple.
Диагностика
- Отчёты о сбоях и производительности — собираются
штатными средствами Apple, если вы дали согласие на уровне iOS. Не
связаны с вашей идентификацией.
Что мы не собираем
- Мы не отслеживаем вас в других приложениях и на сайтах; мы не используем
сторонние рекламные и аналитические SDK.
- Мы не собираем точное и приблизительное местоположение.
- Мы не собираем контакты, фотографии и историю браузера.
- Мы не выгружаем аудио микрофона. Распознавание речи происходит на
устройстве, на сервер отправляется только текст.
2. Цели обработки
- Работа приложения — журнал, настроение, дыхание,
матрица, AI-отражения, синхронизация между устройствами.
- Учётная запись — вход через Apple, удаление данных.
- Покупки — проверка подписки через StoreKit.
- Уведомления — локальные и push-уведомления, на
которые вы согласились (ежедневное напоминание, письмо недели).
3. Правовая основа
Обработка ведётся (а) для исполнения соглашения с вами; (б) в законном
интересе оператора по предоставлению и обеспечению Сервиса; (в) с вашего
согласия, когда Сервис явно его запрашивает (push, микрофон, распознавание
речи).
4. Третьи лица
Данные передаются третьим лицам только в объёме, необходимом для работы
Сервиса:
- Apple Inc. — Sign in with Apple, APNs (push), StoreKit
(подписка), Speech (на устройстве). Регулируется политиками Apple.
- Поставщики облачной инфраструктуры, на которых работает
бэкенд и хранится синхронизированный контент. Они обрабатывают данные
по нашим инструкциям и только в целях работы Сервиса.
- Поставщики AI-моделей — при запросе AI-отражения
необходимые входные данные отправляются провайдеру модели; они не
используются для обучения модели.
Мы не продаём персональные данные и не передаём их рекламодателям.
5. Хранение и удаление
Мы храним ваши данные пока существует ваша учётная запись. Вы можете
удалить её в любой момент прямо в приложении:
вкладка More → «Удалить аккаунт». Это действие сразу и
безвозвратно удаляет ваш профиль, записи дневника, историю настроения,
матрицы, AI-отражения, журнал изменений и токены устройств с наших серверов
(база данных каскадно удаляет все связанные записи). Удаление аккаунта
необратимо.
Если у вас активная подписка App Store, отмените её отдельно в
Apple Account → Подписки — продлением управляет Apple.
Вы также можете запросить экспорт или исправление данных, написав на
support@zhbanov.com.
6. Безопасность
Весь трафик между приложением и сервером идёт по HTTPS/TLS. Токены
аутентификации хранятся в iOS Keychain. Доступ к боевой базе ограничен
сотрудниками оператора и собственными процессами Сервиса.
7. Дети
Сервис предназначен для пользователей 17 лет и старше. Мы сознательно не
собираем данные детей младше 13 лет. Если вы считаете, что ребёнок передал
нам данные, напишите на
support@zhbanov.com, и мы удалим их.
8. Трансграничная передача
Инфраструктура может обрабатывать данные за пределами вашей юрисдикции.
Где это требуется, мы опираемся на договорные гарантии с инфраструктурными
поставщиками.
9. Ваши права
В рамках применимого права (GDPR, ФЗ-152, CCPA и т.д.) вы имеете право на
доступ, исправление, переносимость, удаление и возражение против обработки
своих данных, а также на жалобу в уполномоченный орган. Для реализации этих
прав напишите на support@zhbanov.com
— мы ответим в разумный срок и не позднее одного месяца.
10. Изменения
Если мы существенно изменим эту политику, новая версия будет опубликована
по этому адресу с обновлённой датой. Дальнейшее использование Сервиса
означает согласие с новой версией.
11. Отказ от ответственности
Отражения, разборы матрицы и AI-письма — это поводы для саморефлексии, а
не медицинские, психологические, юридические или финансовые советы.
Доверяйте собственному опыту и обращайтесь к профильным специалистам, когда
это важно.

aplicación iOS «Matriz del Amor» y su servicio online complementario
(en conjunto, el Servicio), con qué fines, cómo se almacenan y
qué opciones tienes. El operador es el propietario del dominio

1. Qué datos recogemos
Información de contacto
- Nombre (nombre visible) — sólo si lo proporcionas a
través de «Iniciar sesión con Apple» o lo escribes en el onboarding.
Vinculado a tu cuenta.
- Correo electrónico — sólo si Apple decide
compartirlo a través de «Iniciar sesión con Apple» (puedes ocultarlo
mediante el relay de Apple). Lo usamos únicamente para contactarte
sobre el Servicio. Vinculado a tu cuenta.
Contenido del usuario
- Entradas del diario — el texto que escribes en el
diario integrado.
- Notas de voz — el audio se procesa en el dispositivo
mediante el framework Speech de Apple; al servidor sólo llega el
texto transcrito para que el Servicio pueda resumirlo si
lo solicitas. El archivo de audio en bruto no se sube.
- Entradas de emociones y matrices — los presets de
emoción seleccionados, los números de Matriz del Destino calculados
a partir de tu fecha de nacimiento y las fechas de pareja que
introduces para compatibilidad.
- Reflexiones de IA solicitadas — la entrada de diario
o de ánimo que envías explícitamente a la función de reflexión, la
respuesta del modelo y una marca temporal. Se utiliza para el
funcionamiento de la app.
Identificadores
- Identificador de «Iniciar sesión con Apple» (subject)
— el ID de usuario opaco y específico de la app que Apple nos
proporciona. Vinculado a tu cuenta.
- Token APNs del dispositivo — para entregar las
notificaciones push que has aceptado. Vinculado a tu cuenta; iOS
lo rota.
Datos de compra
- Los identificadores de transacción de StoreKit 2 y
el recibo del App Store se utilizan para verificar tu suscripción.
Nunca recibimos ni almacenamos tu número de tarjeta, dirección de
facturación ni ninguna otra credencial de pago — esos datos
permanecen en Apple.
Diagnóstico
- Informes de fallos y datos de rendimiento —
recogidos mediante los informes estándar de Apple (si has dado tu
consentimiento a nivel de iOS). No están vinculados a tu identidad.
Lo que no recogemos
- No te rastreamos en otras apps ni sitios web; no usamos ningún SDK
publicitario o de analítica de terceros.
- No recogemos ubicación precisa ni aproximada.
- No recogemos contactos, fotos ni historial de navegación.
- No subimos el audio de tu micrófono. El reconocimiento de voz se
ejecuta en tu dispositivo; al Servicio sólo llega el texto
resultante.
2. Para qué utilizamos los datos
- Funcionalidad de la app — para ofrecer el diario,
el seguimiento de emociones, las prácticas de respiración, la
matriz del destino y las reflexiones de IA, y para sincronizar tus
datos entre dispositivos.
- Gestión de cuenta — para autenticarte mediante
«Iniciar sesión con Apple» y respetar tus decisiones sobre
eliminación de datos.
- Compras — para verificar el estado de tu
suscripción con los servidores StoreKit de Apple.
- Notificaciones — para entregar las notificaciones
locales y remotas que has aceptado (por ejemplo, el recordatorio
diario de ánimo y la carta semanal).
3. Base legal
El tratamiento se realiza (a) para ejecutar nuestro acuerdo contigo
(tu uso del Servicio); (b) en el interés legítimo del operador para
proveer y proteger el Servicio; o (c) con tu consentimiento, cuando el
Servicio te lo pide explícitamente (notificaciones push, micrófono,
reconocimiento de voz).
4. Terceros
Sólo compartimos datos con los terceros estrictamente necesarios para
operar el Servicio:
- Apple Inc. — «Iniciar sesión con Apple», APNs
(entrega de push), StoreKit (verificación de suscripción),
framework Speech (en dispositivo). Regido por las políticas de
Apple.
- Proveedores de infraestructura en la nube que
utilizamos para alojar el backend y almacenar tu contenido
sincronizado. Procesan los datos sólo siguiendo nuestras
instrucciones y únicamente para operar el Servicio.
- Proveedores de modelos de IA — cuando solicitas
una reflexión de IA, los datos de entrada necesarios se envían al
proveedor del modelo que devuelve la reflexión. Las entradas no se
utilizan para entrenar el modelo.
No vendemos datos personales y no los compartimos con anunciantes.
5. Conservación y eliminación de datos
Conservamos tus datos mientras exista tu cuenta. Puedes eliminar tu
cuenta en cualquier momento desde la propia app:
pestaña «Más» → Eliminar la cuenta. Esta acción
elimina de forma inmediata y permanente tu perfil, las entradas del
diario, el historial de emociones, las matrices, las reflexiones de
IA, el registro de cambios y los tokens de dispositivo registrados de
nuestros servidores (la base de datos aplica eliminación en cascada).
La eliminación de cuenta es irreversible.
Si tienes una suscripción activa en el App Store, cancélala por
separado en Apple Account → Suscripciones: la
renovación la controla Apple, no el Servicio.
También puedes solicitar la exportación o rectificación de tus datos
escribiendo a
support@zhbanov.com.
6. Seguridad
Todo el tráfico entre la app y nuestros servidores va sobre HTTPS/TLS.
Los tokens de autenticación se guardan en el Llavero de iOS. El acceso
a la base de datos de producción está restringido al personal del
operador y a los propios procesos del Servicio.
7. Menores
Matriz del Amor está destinada a personas mayores de 17 años. No
recogemos datos de menores de 13 años con conocimiento. Si crees que
un menor nos ha proporcionado datos, escríbenos a
support@zhbanov.com y los
eliminaremos.
8. Transferencias internacionales
Nuestra infraestructura puede procesar datos fuera de tu país de
residencia. Cuando es obligatorio, nos apoyamos en las garantías
contractuales adecuadas con nuestros proveedores de infraestructura.
9. Tus derechos
Sujeto a la ley aplicable en tu jurisdicción (GDPR, CCPA, Ley
152-FZ de Rusia, LFPDPPP de México, etc.), tienes derecho a acceder,
rectificar, portar, eliminar u oponerte al tratamiento de tus datos,
y a presentar una reclamación ante tu autoridad de control local.

responderemos en un plazo razonable y como máximo en un mes.
10. Cambios
Si modificamos sustancialmente esta política, publicaremos la nueva
versión en esta URL y actualizaremos la fecha de entrada en vigor de
más arriba. El uso continuado del Servicio tras la entrada en vigor
de la nueva versión equivale a su aceptación.
11. Renuncia de consejo
Las reflexiones, las lecturas de matriz y las cartas de IA que ofrece
el Servicio son invitaciones a escribir un diario y reflexionar, no
consejo médico, psicológico, legal ni financiero. Confía en tu propia
experiencia y consulta con un profesional cualificado cuando sea
importante.
