Is Tamolife free?
Yes. Tamolife is free on the App Store for iPhone and iPad.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up. Your pet, coins and items live only on your device.
My pet looks sad. What's wrong?
One of the four needs is low, or it ate too much. Check the bars on the Home screen, then feed, bathe, play or put it to sleep.
If it has a poop status, a bath clears it.
Why did the needs drop while the app was closed?
Your pet keeps living while you're away. Up to eight hours of time away is counted, then the drain stops until you come back.
How do I turn reminders on or off?
Open iOS Settings, then Notifications, then Tamolife.
How do I change the language?
Open the Style tab, tap the gear in the top corner and pick a language. Tamolife speaks ten of them.
How do I start over?
Open the Style tab, tap the gear, then Reset. This permanently deletes your pet, items and coins.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app. Everything is stored on your device only, so nothing is left on any server.
