Use of FirstGym is governed by the Apple-issued standard End User License Agreement (EULA) plus the additional clauses below.
FirstGym Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Available plans:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Renewals occur within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price of the matching plan, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before that point. Manage subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
Cancel any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — no partial refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple per their standard policy at reportaproblem.apple.com; we do not process refunds directly.
If a free trial is offered, it auto-converts into the paid plan unless cancelled 24 hours before it ends. Each Apple ID is eligible for one free trial per subscription group.
FirstGym provides general training cues, not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting an exercise program if you have any joint, cardiovascular, or metabolic conditions. The cues, rep counts, and form suggestions are advisory. Stop the session if you feel pain or dizziness.
An Apple ID is required to sign in. Your data is governed by the FirstGym Privacy Policy. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account inside the app; this removes your profile, workout history, and subscription record from FirstGym servers within 30 days.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Apple is not responsible for the app or any claims relating to it; FirstGym is the sole provider.
This document is versioned in place. The current revision is always served from this URL. Material changes will be announced inside the app prior to taking effect for new sessions.
