These terms apply to FirstGym for iPhone and Apple Watch and to FirstGym for Android, developed and published by Aleksandr Zhbanov. Last updated: 30 September 2026.
FirstGym Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, billed through the store you installed the app from: your Apple ID on iOS, your Google account through Google Play on Android. Available plans:
Prices are shown in the app and in the store before you confirm. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation (or when a free trial ends). The subscription renews automatically at the price of the matching plan at the end of each period unless you cancel it before that: on the App Store at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; on Google Play before the renewal date shown in your subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; Pro stays active until then. Uninstalling the app or deleting your FirstGym account does not cancel a subscription.
Payments are processed by Apple or Google, not by us, so refunds follow the store's policy:
We do not process refunds directly and do not give partial refunds for an unused part of a period, unless the store's policy or applicable law says otherwise.
If a free trial is offered, its length is shown before you subscribe. The trial converts into the paid plan automatically unless you cancel before it ends (on the App Store at least 24 hours before). Eligibility is decided by the store: typically one free trial per Apple ID or Google account per subscription.
FirstGym provides general training cues, not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting an exercise program if you have any joint, cardiovascular, or metabolic conditions. The cues, rep counts, and form suggestions are advisory. Stop the session if you feel pain or dizziness.
Signing in requires an Apple ID (Sign in with Apple) on iOS or a Google account (Sign in with Google) on Android. Your data is governed by the FirstGym Privacy Policy. You may delete your account at any time inside the app (iOS: More > Settings > Account > Delete account; Android: More > Account > Delete account) or by email as described on the account deletion page. Deletion removes your profile, workout history and subscription record from FirstGym servers; encrypted backups roll off within 30 days.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or any claims relating to it; the developer of FirstGym is the sole provider.
This document is versioned in place. The current revision is always served from this URL. Material changes will be announced inside the app prior to taking effect for new sessions.
