“VPN configuration is invalid” on iPhone
Remove the HopHopa VPN profile in Settings > General > VPN, then open HopHopa and tap Connect again. The app will install a fresh profile.
Android will not install the APK
Android blocks installs from a browser until you allow it. When the prompt appears, open its settings and turn on “Allow from this source” for your browser, then open the APK again. You can check the file against the SHA-256 on the download section.
Premium is missing after reinstalling on iPhone
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Your App Store subscription is linked back to the new session.
The server list is empty
Check that the phone is online, then open the Servers tab and refresh the list. If you use the Vacation mode, switch to “I’m here” to see whether the other list loads.
