How to do it
- Stand with feet hip-width, a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.
- Push your hips back and lower the weights down your legs.
- Keep your back flat as the dumbbells reach mid-shin.
- Drive through your heels and stand tall, hips forward.

- Keep your back flat, never rounded.
- Push your hips back, don't squat down.
- Keep the dumbbells close to your legs.
